Yes, your bedroom will have a privacy lock so you can lock your bedroom door while you’re not in the apartment.

Yes, all of our 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom coliving suites come fully-furnished. For all other unit types, we have both furnished and unfurnished options. Our furnished apartments come with everything you need– even pots and plates. Just bring your shirts and sheets!

We have a 3 guest limit per visit. Contact us through the X App for special occasions and we will do our best to accommodate additional guests as needed.

You will have access to our full event and fitness calendars on the X App. You will be able to RSVP for yourself and your guests.

If you live in a Rent By Bedroom unit, your common spaces will be professionally cleaned every two weeks, which is already included in your rent. We’ll be rolling out an optional program to have your private bedroom and bathroom cleaned for an additional cost. 

If you rent a studio, 1, or 2 bed, you’ll also have the option to opt into the cleaning program at an additional cost.

Reserved and unreserved parking is available for a monthly fee.

Coliving is a convenient and attainable way of living in the heart of the city in a beautiful apartment where you have your own private suite within a larger unit. You will have your own self contained and locked, fully furnished bedroom and personal bathroom within a thoughtfully designed unit. You’ll share a fully-equipped kitchen (all the pots and pans you’ll ever need) and living room with one, two, or three other friends depending on the unit of your choice. Shared spaces are professionally cleaned every two weeks.
